Reflection Cloud
How-to guide

Seven ways in.
One is enough.

Reflection Cloud gives you seven doors into reflection — from a one-minute check-in to a story that arrives on the weekend.

You don't need them all at once. Pick the one that fits today, and let the rest wait.

The seven doors

Tap a door to jump to its introduction.

1

Check-in / Check-out

One minute to open the day, one to close it

Pick how you're feeling and add a few words. That tiny habit is the gentlest way into reflection.

Check-in

In the morning, put today's mood and hopes into words.

Check-out

At night, look back on what stayed with you and what you learned — small discoveries count.

After writing, you can get AI feedback — a gentle outside view of your own words.

2

Reflection

Fifteen minutes a week with a good question

Choose a theme and questions arrive, made for you. Pick one, write your answer, and the tangled parts of the week slowly come undone.

Along the way and at the end, AI gathers your words into a summary — a chance to reread yourself from a new angle.

Tips for Reflection

Write honestly

You don't need to write well. Put down the words as they are.

No judging

Let feelings be what they are — no grading, no fixing.

Keep a rhythm

Fifteen minutes a week is plenty. The rhythm does the work.

3

Pair Reflection

Reflection for two, in real time

One Player and one Supporter work through the same session together. Typing and page turns sync to each other's screens as they happen.

Player

Answers the questions and does the reflecting.

Supporter

Chooses questions and adds feedback in their own words along the way.

With someone beside you, different words tend to surface. Try it with someone you trust.

Life Navi Writing

Start by putting yourself into words

What you like, what you're good at, the road so far. Write freely about yourself, and the values you want to keep start to surface from the words you've gathered.

The 9 Essentials

List the basics of you — likes, dislikes, strengths, and more.

Top 10 Strengths

Name up to ten strengths and see how they show up in daily life and work.

Life Journey

Look back on the events and turning points that shaped you.

Any order works. Start wherever feels easiest.

5

Life Navi Analysis

Draw the shape of you from your own words

Six tools turn the words from Writing into pictures of you. Seen as a chart or a map, patterns appear that words alone kept hidden.

My Pyramid

Stack up values and purpose

My Cycle

Map how your strengths work best

My Radar

See your life balance on a chart

My Line

Trace your journey as one line

My Mandala

6

Dream Support

Set a goal, look back, repeat

Set goals by the year, quarter, or month, and look back when the period ends. Seeing both what worked and what didn't carries you into the next goal.

Tips for goal setting

Keep it reachable

Goals within reach are the ones that keep you going.

Break it down

Big dreams get closer one small step at a time.

Pair it with review

Looking back is what lights up the next goal.

When you review, AI feedback is there too — good hints for setting what comes next.

7

Weekend Reflection Circle

Your week becomes part of a story

During the week, answer four questions on the week's theme. On Friday night, AI weaves everyone's words into one story — and it arrives over the weekend with a narrated reading.

1During the week

Write on the theme, at your own pace

2Friday night

Everyone's words are woven into one story

3The weekend

The story arrives with its narration

Live circles run every Friday evening, with a UK slot and a US slot. Gather for the same 40 minutes, write together, and receive the night's story through to the epilogue and its artwork.

Everyone joins under an animal name. Real names are never shown.

Taking part is free, and the answers you write are never shown to other participants.

Go at your own pace

These are seven doors, not seven assignments. Use what you like, in any order.

The way that lasts is the one that feels comfortable.

We hope Reflection Cloud stays close to your reflection, week after week.
